With a road travel speed of up to 80 km/h, it can move between worksites without requiring the same transport arrangements as stationary processing equipment. This makes the Diamant 2000 particularly suited to contractors handling commercial wood chipping projects, forestry residues and timber intended for biomass fuel production.
Albach Wūst SMC-812 TCR chipping unit
The Albach Wūst SMC-812 TCR chipping unit is a heavy-duty, truck-mounted industrial wood chipper designed for commercial forestry and large-scale timber processing. It efficiently converts logs, branches and tree waste into consistent wood chips for biomass fuel, landscaping and other commercial applications.
It features a 120 x 80 cm infeed opening and a chainless drive system, making it suitable for businesses looking to incorporate commercial chipping equipment into their operations.
Albach Wūst SMC-812 PTO shaft chipper
The Albach Wūst SMC-812 PTO shaft chipper provides another option for professional wood processing, using power supplied through a compatible tractor or other suitable PTO-equipped machine. Like the Albach SMC-812 chipping unit, it features a 120 x 80 cm infeed opening and chainless drive system.
The key difference is how the equipment receives its power. The PTO version is designed to operate through an external power take-off system, making it an option for businesses that already have compatible high-powered tractors available.
